Day 1Airport - Anuradhapura
On arrival you will be met by our English Speaking Chauffeur Guide at the Airport and proceed to Anurdhapura for one night stay. Visit to Sri Lankan’s first capital, founded in the 5 c.B.C. according to the ancient / Sinhala chronicle Mahawemsa, was a model of planning with precincts set aside for huntsmen, scavengers, heretics as well as for foreigners. There were separate cemeteries for high and low castes, hostels and hospitals. Anuradhapura was an example par excellence of a Hydraulic Civilization. The construction of reservoirs. canals and irrigation channels during this period exhibited an amazing knowledge of trigonometry and the design of reservoirs a thorough grasp of hydraulic principles. The ‘Rajarata’ – the King’s country is dotted with these stupas and the picturesque lakes which has an irresistible charm for the visitor. There are many important stupas at Anuradhapura. Day 2Anuradhapura - Polonnaruwa - Sigiriya
Enjoy your Breakfast at the hotel proceed to The island’s medieval capital (11c & 12c) rose to fame after the decline of Anuradhapura. The city in its day was fortified with three concentric walls, beautified with parks and gardens and sanctified by many shrines. Polonnaruwa shows the interesting blend of the influence of the south Indian Hindu culture on the Sinhala Buddhist art and architecture in the scattered shrines and monuments still venerated daily by devotees. Therafter proceed to Sigiriya. Evenning Jeef safari at Minneriya National Park to seeing wild Elephants. Overnight stay at Sigiriya.
Day 03Sigiriya - Kandy
After Breakfast, climb the Sigiriya Rock Fortress, King Kasyapa built this legendary Citadel during his reign 477 – 495 AC. The legend of Kasyapa is a story of tragedy and political intrigue. Kasyapa was the Kings son by a non-royal consort who plotted against his father and became king after executing him. Fearing the wrath of the crown prince he is said to have built this palace like an impregnable fortress on this rock. Thereafter, proceed to hill country capital, “Kandy” for overnight stay
En-route visit to Dambulla Cave Temple, UNESCO World Heritage site.
Visit to Spice & herbal garden in Matale.
Evening visit the Dalada Maligawa (temple of the tooth) and witness a typical Kandyan dance performance. You will see many devotees who come to worship and join in religious ceremonies and rituals. And as you pass through this temple which was the former Royal Place you will see very special traditional Kandyan architecture unique to Sri Lanka.

Day 04Kandy - Nuwara Eliya
After breakfast at the hotel, visit to Peradeniya botanical garden.
Visit to Gem museum & Handy Craft Factory.
There after enjoy scenic drive to Tea hill country town “Nuwara Eliya” via Nuwaraeliya for one night stay.
Visit to Ramboda waterfalls, Tea Plantation and Tea factory, Explore the Tea estate and tea factory where you will gain insight into the manufacturing process as well as an opportunity to taste the different grades of hill country tea.
Check in your hotel and relax, enjoy cold climate .
Day 05Nuwara Eliya - Bentota
After breakfast proceed Bentota for night beach stay.
En-route visit to Devon waterfalls and St Claire’s falls and Water Rafting at Kithulgala .
Check in your hotel in the afternoon and spend the rest of the day at leisure by the beach.
Overnight stay in Bentota.
Day 06Bentota - Galle
En route visit Galle’s 17C Dutch Fort – a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Explore the maze of narrow roadways edged with Dutch and British colonial era buildings that are still in use, well preserved ramparts overlooking the cricket stadium, museums, art galleries, shops and Sea food restaurants.
Visit to Moon stone mine,
Visit to Kosgoda Turtle hatchery and hold baby turtle.
Return way Mangrove Boat Safari at Bentota river.
Overnight Stay at Bentota.
Bentota is the water-sports capital of Sri Lanka and Club Bentota is the exclusive spot for surfers and jet skiers alike. Day 07Bentota - Colombo - Airport
Drive to airport via Colombo, shopping and city tour, Gangaramaya Temple in Colombo, Galle Face Green, Independence Square, old parliament.
Thereafter leave for the Airport and a final Ayubowan! (see you again). Farewell and a safe journey home with memories of a time well spent.
